METAL TAPE AND COPPER ANGEL £86.00

In this full day workshop, you will try your hand at layering and embossing with metal tape on a cardboard former. You will use a patina and different waxes and inks to highlight.

You will also learn the technique of metal embossing, using basic hand tools on copper, using both low and high relief, to cover the wings of the angel. I will lead you through the process from the piece of sheet copper to the finished product.

No artistic ability is required as you will be working from a template. The angel is 25cm high and can either be free standing or can adorn the top of a tree.

The price includes all materials , as well as a choice of menu from the farm shop for lunch.
