Join us for a full‑day Saturday crafting retreat where you’ll create a beautiful jewellery box and two hanging ornaments using hand‑embossed pewter. This relaxing workshop includes all materials as well as a delicious ploughman’s lunch. Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements.

The retreat takes place in a spacious Safari Tent set within the grounds of Mid‑England Barrow in Farnborough.

Your tutor, Mel, is an experienced metal embosser and mixed‑media artist with many years of teaching experience.You will learn the relaxing craft of low and high relief embossing, using patina and polish and accenting your design with alcohol inks. The group will be kept small to ensure plenty of individual attention.

This is a beginners workshop, and no artistic or crafting ability is required. You’ll be guided step‑by‑step using stencils and tracings.
